Photography Backdrop Turn Around Time
Our photo backdrops are made-to-order, based on the design, size and material chosen by the customer. Given the intricacies of our manufacturing processes, we are unable to promise specific shipping dates for our backdrops. High seasonal demand and unforeseen circumstances can result in production delays. Below, you will find a list outlining our average production times. Please note that these times may change without prior notice. Our processing time varies, depending on the material and the volume of orders. The processing times below are an average, not a guarantee. Processing time can be longer or shorter.
Processing time for dream fabric, cascade cloth, fleece and floor mats: The average processing time is 4-6 business days. During our busy holiday season (Aug. - Dec.) our average processing time is 6-8 business days. This is an average and not a guarantee and may vary for each material.
Processing time for royal fleece: The average processing time is 4-6 business days. During our busy holiday season (Aug. - Dec.) our average processing time is 8-12 business days. This is an average and not a guarantee and may vary for each material.
Processing time for poly paper and vinyl: Our average processing time for poly paper is 2 - 4 business days. During the busier holiday season (Aug. - Dec.), our process time averages 4-6 business days. This is an average and not a guarantee.
Please keep in mind that processing time does not include shipping time. We understand that you would like your order as quickly as possible and we work hard to get orders shipped as soon as possible. Unless rush processing is purchased, all orders are processed in the order they are received, no matter which shipping method is chosen. This is to ensure that everyone's order is shipped in a timely manner and as quickly as possible.
Please do not select an expedited shipping method when placing your order for a floor mat. If you need an expedited shipping method for floor mats please contact us before placing your order. If you order a floor mat and a poly paper backdrop, for example, these items will ship separately. Contact us before placing your order and we will create an invoice for expedited shipping.
Because of the made-to-order nature of this product, all sales are final. Before placing your order, please check the design, material and size, to be sure everything is correct. Please see all images and the crop of the size that you chose. Some sizes are cropped at the top or sides. We cannot cancel, refund or exchange a backdrop once an order is placed. By placing an order, you agree to our processing time, return policy, and shipping policy.
